How much does UK shipping cost?
Standard UK shipping is free on all orders.
How long does shipping take?
The estimated total is 7–10 business days from the date of your order, including 1–2 business days for processing and an estimated 6–8 business days in transit.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow time for the first update to appear.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to assist with requests made within 24 hours; your statutory cancellation rights are not limited by this request.
How do I request a return?
Contact our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and address.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, or the law requires otherwise, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
When will I receive my refund?
Once approved and processed, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for your payment provider to display the refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
